[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from using the samsung crystal TV to OLED television you can see a huge difference. Its brighter, comes with more technological advances, and AI to assist with personal features. Im a major gamer, its the main reason I bought it and it doesnt disappoint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is very responsive when interacting with the remote. Most TVs I use take a good few seconds to respond to selections. This tv is almost instant in its responses.
The visual of the TV is nice but definitely different than the s90f where it gave the beautiful reflective bright colors. This tv has the anti glare which works perfectly in bright rooms but it does take away from the vibrant clarity that you get from the gloss finish which was a slight disappointment. I use this tv in my bright living room and I have yet to get any glares off of it so it works as intended.
The back panel is NOT meant to be used to lift it. I mounted this to myself and when I tried to lift it by that box panel on the back the whole thing came detached so be mindful of that. (It recommends using two people.) All in all I would give this tv 4 1/2 stars.

Great upgrade into Glare Free

I combined mine with the 990 sound bar and feel like the sound quality is high end. TV get extra black and stays without glare spots on any angle with all living room windows open.

TV remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote is baffling. It sometimes works well. Other times channel changing doesn't change at all. I haven't tried to diagnose it yet because I have a spectrum remote that also only partially works.

If the remote is unresponsive, it may be due to a low or depleted battery. You can charge the remote using the solar panel on the back or the USB-C port located at the bottom. To check the battery level of your remote, navigate to: Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control
To help resolve the issue, please try the following:
1. Reset the remote: Press and hold the Return and Enter (center of navigation pad) buttons for more than 10 seconds.
2. Re-pair the remote: After resetting, stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds, or until a pairing message appears on your TV.
3. Power cycle the TV: Unplug the TV from the power outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4. Try pairing again if needed and move closer to the TV if you're having difficulty.
5. Check for TV firmware updates: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
