[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this mixer. It's really nice for light mixing but not enough power! Frosting, thick batter, mashed potatoes, these just don't work good with it. Pretty disappointed in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was given to me for my birthday as my other hand mixer broke (was not a KitchenAid). It is much more quiet than my other mixer and feels lighter, too! I love the aqua color, I'm sure the gift-giver picked that color to match my stand mixer which is also aqua, and which I also love. I use the hand mixer for quick jobs, beating large amounts of eggs, pancake batter, small quick batch of frosting, etc. It's great; another feature I like is the beaters, the wires are much thinner than my other mixer and super easy to clean!
I would recommend this to a friend!
