Not very speedy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good mixer for cake batters or quick breads. Depending on the type of cookies you're making it might mix them up. Even on high speed it's not very speedy, and if your batter is thick the mixer can get bogged down. Honestly expected better performance from a Kitchenaid brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hand mixer...a blast fro the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much I missed my handmixer. Quick and efficient. The beater wires are not as thick but seem to do the job. Need to make sure they line up and click in when attaching.

Great supplement to the stand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it for the variable speeds so I am able to better control it and avoid a mess with a huge burst of speed at the beginning. It is light weight but does a great job with mixing heavier mixtures. It is easy to clean and store.
