[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought this mixer at a local department store. I was very happy with it until recently the speed switch broke. I called KitchenAid and in one week I have a new mixer. I would recommend this as being a very good mixer.

Disappointed!

I bought 5 speed mixer through the retailer and I used it. I would say that unfortunately this mixer is not 5 speeds. It looks like 5 speeds but from 3 to 5 completely same, what a big disappointment. I had like Kitchenaid appliances until I used this mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
