Switch broke after 2 years

The speed adjustment switch broke after 2 years of sporadic use. Husband was able to repair it over but it broke again and is unrepairable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best kitchen aid mixer I’ve ever used. I got it in aqua and it makes me smile just to look at it. I use it daily for croissants, artisan breads and cookies. I love it. I even made a reversible quilted cover for it
