Switch broke after 2 years

The speed adjustment switch broke after 2 years of sporadic use. Husband was able to repair it over but it broke again and is unrepairable.

I love my hand mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as a gift for my birthday and made my first batch of cookies with it the other day! It works great, isn't loud, speeds are great, and the beaters are easy to put in and out! I do wish it came with a bag or a small container that it would snap into, to store it on top of. I also enjoy the fun color of it! I got the mint color.

My KitchenAid is GENTLE when needed - and can mix up a storm when required. I am 73 years old and have never had such a great appliance. Thank you!
