A little disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer for a birthday present. The first two times I used it I loved it. The third time I used it the beater came apart on me. It tried to climb out of the bowl when that happened and I feel fortunate i wasn't hurt. We have new beaters coming but were told it would be February before they arrived. This is way after the Christmas baking season.
