Vibrant Color and Excellent connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The internet speed is fast on this tv and the colors are very vibrant! I took one star off because of the remote and complexity of adding apps. I don't like using my phone to set up controls and you have to go into the menu to fix the sound. I have yet to figure out how to adjust the volume control using the remote without it going back to the main menu settings. It's a good size tv and meets all my needs otherwise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sharp, Bright, and Worth Every Penny

The 65-inch Samsung Crystal UHD U8000H has a bright, sharp picture with rich colors that make movies and sports look fantastic. The menu is easy to navigate, the apps open quickly, and I was streaming within minutes of setting it up.
One thing I really appreciate is how well it upscales older content, making even non-4K shows look noticeably better. The slim design also looks great mounted on the wall and gives the room a clean, modern look.
Overall, this TV offers a great balance of picture quality, performance, and value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable 65-inch 4K smart TV

Decent everyday tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the Samsung 55" Crystal UHD, I was honestly surprised by how light it was. I carried it inside by myself while it was still in the box and getting it out was just as easy. I even mounted it on the wall without any help which I have never been able to do with a television this size. The only annoying part was the short power cord. It just was not long enough for where I wanted it, so I had to buy an extension to make it work.
Now that I have been using it in my living room for several weeks, I have a better feel for what I like and what I do not. The picture quality is still really good, but only after changing the settings. Standard mode does not look great, so adjusting the picture mode is pretty much required.
Connecting to the internet through the SmartThings app was simple. I use the remote on my phone sometimes and it works fine. The physical remote takes a little getting used to and it does not have voice commands which I miss, also this particular model doesn't offer the solar charging option remote. The volume controls are a bit confusing, it took several days before I realized how to turn the volume up or down without muting the tv. I can see myself eventually adding back speakers for better sound.
I still enjoy the free Samsung channels with the basic cable type guide. What I do not love is the display layout. There is no way to arrange the apps the way I want which gets frustrating. I also have the MGM Plus streaming service and I cannot use it directly on the Samsung network. The only option is casting from my phone which is not ideal.
Even with those quirks, the television works well in my living room. Once the settings are adjusted, the picture and sound are solid. It is easy to use overall and fits nicely in the space.
