Just poor instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The view is great. The remote is hard to figure out. And I still don’t know how to put the sleep timer on. You need better instructions.

To access the Sleep Timer, go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Sleep Timer.

Not an easy setup

Terrible setup nd impossible to watch the programs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I cannot tell is this Review started OK I can see something printed The actual TV with its brightness and color and resolution seems fine however set up was pretty difficult and once I once I had the TV turned on The remote Didn't work in any reasonable fashion It Let me watch only a few programs not a whole list of things from my cable channel just things that apparently Samsung wanted me to watch and that is totally unreasonable I have Programs I like to watch typically and they weren't included in In your list of things on On The TV I can't imagine how You thought that should work Who would wanna be limited to just a few TV programs you recommended I can't imagine anybody It was it was the worst set up I could ever ever imagined it took hours and it wouldn't let me watch the program so I wanted it wouldn't let me see a list of what was on my TV on the cable channels I am Incredibly disappointed With your startup and procedures And don't use your remote For anything as I figured out a different way to Reach channel I'm interested in I could not possibly recommend A Samsung product To anyone That should cover it Terrible setup And horrendous Procedure for using the TV

Thank you for reaching out to us. If your TV isn’t finding a signal or channels are missing when connected to your cable box, please try the following steps:
1. First, make sure the external device (such as a cable box or antenna) is securely connected to your TV and powered on. 2. On your remote, press the left directional button to access the Connected Devices menu, then navigate to Sources to switch between input sources and confirm your TV is on the correct one. 3. If you're using a set-top box or cable box, double-check the broadcast signal or the network connection to that external device, as signal issues may be coming from the source itself.
