Great picture but terrible remote

Love the picture on the tv. Not happy that when you turn the tv on you have to preform several steps to get to regular tv viewing and there is no numbers on the remote.

Great TV, remote can be shared all across the family member via qrcode, picture quality is the best in market . only downside is samsung TV plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good TV but there’s way too many features & very confusing to operate. The remote control is so small, it’s useless..this is the last Samsung tv I will buy.
