Decent gas range that does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this gas range for a couple weeks now and it does an average job with cooking. My biggest complaint is the middle griddle. Cooks terribly uneven and wish it just had a regular grate on to use for large cookware instead.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the gas range. We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the performance of the middle griddle. To help improve your experience, we recommend placing the griddle securely on top of the burner grates and preheating it for about 5 minutes on a medium to medium-low setting. A slow preheat ensures more even heat distribution during the cooking process. We advise against preheating the griddle on a high (HI) setting, as this may warp the griddle and prevent proper heat distribution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m having so much fun with all the features!! The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because the probe doesn’t work. I had a service call and a new probe and probe insert have been ordered. Hoping it is just a simple fix. Otherwise I love my range.
