It wasn't easy or smooth to buy this phone: 1-Couldn't confirm identity over the Internet and therefore: couldn't buy over the Internet. 2-Went to the local store, purchased locally, but since it wasn't in-stock, arrived later to my house; which is what we agreed, but no packing for my trade-in, even thought I was told that it was processed at the time of purchase. 3- Had to go to the local store to get the trade-in processed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
