My brand new phone occasionally overheats almost to the point of "too hot to hold". We can't figure out why, but to get a replacement phone or warranty work you get the run around and when you finally talk to someone, their solution is to send in your phone and live without it for 2+ weeks.

This is my 3rd Galaxy and I think it is the best one ever. I love the new AI options on photos, it is super lightweight and the battery life is amazing. This is why I will always stick with Galaxy Ultras, there is no down side , and the color is unique.

I was on prepaid and I was never told that upgrading makes me go on a plan that I didn't want i wanted to stay on prepaid where I was happy not paying through the ceiling prices im very mad
