I was all paid off with my Samsung 2023. You offered a free upgrade. I took the upgrade only to be locked in to 3 years with crappy service. On top of that i have to pay all of these fees, and a ridiculously high bill until you decide to give me the monthly credits. I am not Happy at all.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
