LOVE IT but.....

My best friend got me this blender for Xmas and I LOVE IT - but I do have two complaints. While the blender is fairly easy to clean, I am somehow getting smoothie particles in the handle of the blender. I don't see how this is possible as the handle is completely sealed off from the cup. I honestly wouldn't even care about the smoothie getting in the handle if it was possible for me to clean it out :( ALSO - I know it is not mold and my smoothies typically consist of spinach and blueberry, hence the dark color. My only other complaint is that the replacement cups are so expensive!

I just bought the pink blend boss tumbler and it does IN FACT LEAK every time I bring it up to chug its leaking through the button and even while capped its leaking through the button im very disappointed with my purchase because I was under the impression that this product is leaking proof
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it BUT I hope that you will be releasing extra tumblers soon. I shouldn't have to buy two machines so my husband can also use it.

Just purchased this but am dismayed to discover there are no extra mugs available for purchase. So what happens if my mug breaks??? What if another person in my household wants to use it? Even the Blast has extra mugs available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing

This is my first time buying a ninja product and I looked at the price and was like for a smoothie maker no but I can guarantee you that it's 100% worth it I've had cheap smoothie makers that barely did anything and at first when I started with this one I didn't understand how it worked it started it stopped it started again it stopped and then it went in a turbo mode at the end of the cycle the smoothie was perfect I followed the instructions liquid protein frozen fruit and was shocked as I hate raspberries and barely got any of the seeds like other blenders miss it but this one truly amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would let's go ninja.

Need to offer larger tumbler

It works well. I gave it. 3 stars because I would love to be able to get a larger tumbler for it. The only other tumblers to buy are actually smaller. A 32 oz would be great.
