Pretty but mold prone product design

After two washes and one use mold has started to grow inside the hallow handle. There is a thin opening where the top of the handle meets the tumbler that isn’t sealed where water gets inside and is trapped. The handle cannot be removed to wash, wipe out, or dry. Very disappointing design flaw because I like the product but cannot fathom drinking from a moldy vessel and I only imagine the issue worsening overtime as more water seeps through. Please consider redesigning the tumbler with a solid handle instead. Otherwise the motor is powerful and blades are sharp enough to make smooth consistent drinks with lots of frozen ingredients. Proceed with caution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceeded Every Expectation

I really wanted a glass container, but no one makes them, and since Shark Ninja has never let me down on anything , I bit the bullet and ordered this much needed little blender thing. OMG!!! OMG!!! It’s a powerhouse and like a sci-fi design…everything fit into everything exactly as it supposed to. What a dream machine.
The larger container was sold out at the time of my order, but I will definitely add it when available, and an extra tumbler.
Def a Shark Ninja Loyalist now, if I wasn’t already! If you are looking at it, based on my experience….do yourself right and go for it!

Works great so far. And why does anyone need extra mugs. Put it in your travel mug. I mean, who doesnt have one or more travel mugs in their cupboard. And who wants more of them filling the cupboard.

Blend with Ease and Great for Travel

I purchased this item to replace another well known blender...WOW! I can't believe I waited so long to replace! Blends in seconds and finally a "smoothie" cup that fits in my cup holder in my car!

It was great until….

I just purchased my BlendBoss and I was really excited for it! Unfortunately, that was short lived because when I went to wash it, water got into the handle! This is a big deal for me because it can potentially start growing mold. I understand there is a drainage hole at the bottom however, that does not mean that ALL the water will drain fully. I would have given 5 stars if there was no access for water to get into the handle.
