[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this coffee maker! I love that I'm able to program the coffee maker to have hot coffee ready when I am before work! And it tastes great, never bitter. Just need to tweak the amount of coffee used to get the best taste .

So when they offered me a coffee maker I ways so happy. FIRST, the chic look of it sleek and smooth. The smoothness of the flow and not having to wait till a full brew AMAZING. it’s got a SMALL BATCH BUTTON “”WHAT”” I cup of hot coffee and some cookies on the side. YES I highly recommend the brand in full but their coffee maker is fabulous

Fresh coffee for everyone

I love how we are able to do a small pot or a large one, depending on how many people would like to enjoy a cup of coffee. I definitely recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a different Ninja coffee maker for the past few years and know this is a brand I like and trust! The Ninja Fresh Brew has a glass carafe which I do like better than my previous stainless steel one as it will be easier to clean. Another great feature is the scoop holder on the side. I never knew what to do with the scooper before but having a spot for it on the side of the machine is a game changer! I am excited to continue to use this and explore the delay brew feature as well!

Great for daily coffee drinkers

While having exciting features such as 2 different brewing modes and being programmable to make coffee at a certain time of day, it’s still very user friendly and easy to figure out. It is simple to clean and makes good coffee. You can make as few or as many cups at one time as you choose, depending on how much water you put in. It makes the coffee pretty quickly for a drip coffee maker. The only drawback I’ve noticed is sometimes coffee grounds will go through into the coffeepot, but this is infrequent. Overall, I recommend this to daily coffee drinkers.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect addition to our counter. I was so happy to have this during the holidays too because so many people drink coffee. This allowed me to make up to 14 cups and I was able to set up a “future time” so it was ready once everyone got up. It super easy to use too and looks nice. Only downfall is it’s ground beans instead of k cups (obviously).

Makes great coffee but has a leaky top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a coffee maker, this one is superior! Coffee comes out piping hot and yummy, and I love that it offers small batch options! The down side is there seems to be a constant leak in the top of the pot. I’ve unlocked and relocked the lid multiple times, made sure it’s securely on the top; I’ve tried everything. It makes a mess that I have to waste paper towels on every morning, and it stains my white countertops. It’s possible I have a faulty pot but it’s worth noting to others.

Not the service I expected

I bought on of these. Great coffee pot at first, then the water tank leaks one day as I'm going from the sink to the coffee pot. I call about the issue. I get told, that wearable parts are not under warranty. So she sends me a new tank to basically try to make me happy, not even a month later that one leaks too. Same spot. If they don't warranty parts that can wear out, I guess the whole coffee pot isn't under a warranty like they claim because it technically wears out. Definitely makes it where I don't want to buy another one of their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
