Brew is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the awesome features like the small batch brewing and the classic and Rich option really makes some great additions to this machine. Also love the cleaning button and the built-in side scoop and built-in filter basket.
The water reservoir is very large and has great markings on it and a clear view to see where your level is at.
It does not run very loud and it is generally quiet.
Coffee tastes great and fresh while using and the coffee butt has an awesome locking mechanism and a nice glass base.

A Quality Product

I replaced a Ninja coffee maker that my wife and I had for many years. Because of the quality and durability of the last coffee maker, it was an easy decision to purchase another one. Considering the age of the older coffee maker, the new one had upgraded features, to include producing 14, instead 12, cups per brewing cycle. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Another great product from Shark and Ninja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this coffee pot after having some knowledge of the shark and ninja brand. All other shark and ninja products I've used have been great. I was a little worried at first when I first ran it because it left filament/ white specks of something in the carafe after running it. The directions had said to run a "classic brew" with just water, when running it for the first time. Then, the pot would be ready to go. However, I did that twice and got the weird filament in the carafe. So I decided to do the "cleaning mode" and ran vinegar and water through it. After doing that, the coffee machine ran fine and no filament left behind. I brewed a pot of coffee this morning using the "rich brew" setting, and it was delicious. The coffee was full bodied, didn't taste too strong or too weak/watery. It was perfect. I have yet to try the timer feature, but I think that will be a useful feature. One thing I thought was really neat and I haven't seen on another machine before is the built in coffee scoop. It makes it so convenient and saves room, it's one of the top features that I like about this machine.
One thing I did notice is it steams a lot when brewing, and the carafe gets pretty "hot and steamy" , but nothing seems melted or smells hot, and the handle isn't hot, so I assume it's supposed to be like that. So, overall, I would recommend this product if you are in the market for a new coffee pot. It's compact, comes with the option of a reusable filter (or to use a filter) has 3 different brew options "small batch, classic, rich" brew, is programmable, and comes with a built in coffee scoop.
I received this product in exchange for my honest review through Influenster.
