I bought on of these. Great coffee pot at first, then the water tank leaks one day as I'm going from the sink to the coffee pot. I call about the issue. I get told, that wearable parts are not under warranty. So she sends me a new tank to basically try to make me happy, not even a month later that one leaks too. Same spot. If they don't warranty parts that can wear out, I guess the whole coffee pot isn't under a warranty like they claim because it technically wears out. Definitely makes it where I don't want to buy another one of their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good hot coffee, but...

I've had this for a week. Brews good coffee. The pot drips coffee while pouring, not from the spout, but from under the plastic ring that forms the spout, handle, and top. Quite annoying.

Stops brewing!

Bought this last June or july and it broke (started to brew very slowly then stopped all together) so I called for a replacement base through the mail. Its been a few months since and now it's doing the exact same thing. Keeps breaking even with replacements.

Recently purchased this coffee maker to replace my old. I was excited to add another Ninja product to our kitchen. I love the reusable coffee bin and the water canister that can be removed to fill. My biggest complaint comes when pouring the coffee. Into my cup. It drips all over my counter. I’ve tried pouring slower, holding it up, but nothing seems to make a difference. Not the same quality I have learned to enjoy from this company. For the price, I would have never imagined this issue.
