Not the service I expected

I bought on of these. Great coffee pot at first, then the water tank leaks one day as I'm going from the sink to the coffee pot. I call about the issue. I get told, that wearable parts are not under warranty. So she sends me a new tank to basically try to make me happy, not even a month later that one leaks too. Same spot. If they don't warranty parts that can wear out, I guess the whole coffee pot isn't under a warranty like they claim because it technically wears out. Definitely makes it where I don't want to buy another one of their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this coffee pot. The removable water tank makes life easier. I do run vinegar through once a month. Keeps the pot & tank clean & the coffee is always tasting delicious.

Smart, efficient and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja Fresh Brew is actually quite awesome. I really love how simple it is to use. That’s always what I look for in any appliance. It was very simple instructions to make 2 cups of fresh coffee. Filled to the water line 2 (I put a little extra for my first go) I simply turned it on, and pushed small batch, classic and brew. Super easy! The temporaries gets as hot as I’d expect as well, and it seems fairly easy to clean! It was simple to wash the items needed before the first brew so I really do like that also. One thing that throws me off, is the lid to the brew basket doesn’t stay shut while brewing. There’s so much condensation it lifts it up. Even after it’s cooled down, it doesn’t close flush. That’s not a reason to not buy or use it, because everything else works flawlessly. Now I can make my coffee grounds in a much simpler way than trying to find reusable pods for the keurig. I really love this coffee brewer and I think it’s a fabulous price for what it does with delayed timers and keeping the coffee warm.

Great coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Ninja Fresh Brew Programmable Coffee Maker for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. My favorite feature? That I can program it to make my coffee for me and in the morning when I wake up I can already smell the fresh coffee being made, nothing beats waking up to the smell of fresh pot of coffee that you didn’t have to make.
The quality of the brew is amazing, I get smooth and delicious coffee every time, and the clear water reservoir shows me exactly the amount of water that I’ve pour or that I have left to make more coffee.
The coffee pot is well made, has some good weight to it and a comfy handle, it’s easy to wash and dejes very well, it’s very easy to care for.
The Ninja Fresh Brew Coffee Maker has a nice and sleek and modern design, looks great in my little coffee station and it’s very easy to use.
The quality of the brew is amazing, I get smooth and delicious coffee every time, and the clear water reservoir shows me exactly the amount of water that I’ve pour or that I have left to make more coffee.

I have a resident in memory care that always wants coffee before the kitchen opens so I’m going to take this to work to use. It’s not super heavy or hard to clean
