I don’t know what it is with our luck with ninja coffee makers, but they do not work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product with many customizable features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot is great. Delicious, flavorful coffee is brewed in moments. I love that there is a water reserve. That this can be programmed to brew at a specific time so you can wake up to some nice coffee.

Warranty is a joke

Made good coffee. Only had it 2 weeks. Glass pot was defective. Plastic lip/handle assembly wasn’t properly sealed which made the pot leak when you poured a cup. Warranty process is a joke. Forced to return it and wait 7 to 10 weeks for the replacement. Was easier to return it for a refund. Bought another brand. Won’t get refund amount for 7 to 10 weeks. Joke of a process.

There’s a keep warm option so we can continue to drink from the pot we made throughout the morning or when we need a refill. Cleaning it is easy. We enjoy using this coffee maker and it’s replaced our old one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja fresh brew 14 cup programmable coffee maker is super convenient if you love a drip coffee maker. Filling it up is super easy as the reservoir is removable. It also includes its own permanent filter, which is super handy as well as a smart scoop that is stored on the side of the coffee maker. That scoop makes it super easy for measuring out the coffee. The coffee maker includes a Clean function, which is also nice making it easy to clean and maintain however, I do not recommend keeping it under any cabinetry as it steams a lot in the brewing process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was so grateful to get this ninja brewer! im one of those ppl who dont like pod coffees lol so i need a good drip coffee maker and this is now it. i love that it has its own built in filter! has a place for the coffee scoop on the side. the ONLY shortfall of this machine is it takes fairly long to make even just a few cups. not sure why.. but i highly recommend this for you fellow drip coffee lovers!
