I bought this coffee brewer 3 months ago. It makes a lot of noise while trying to send the water from the reservoir to the carafe. It also takes about 20 minutes to brew a 12 cup pot. I tried descaling it weekly to see if that would help, it did not. Today it just stopped sending water to the carafe. I tried resetting the brew cycle but it just beeps 3 times and turns off. Very disappointed.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We can understand how disappointing it is to experience issues with performance, especially after trying steps like regular descaling to resolve the noise and slow brewing. Having the unit stop working altogether after only a few months is certainly not the experience we want for you. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing it with the appropriate teams for further review, particularly around brewing time, noise levels, and overall reliability. In the meantime, we recommend referring to our self-help guide linked below for troubleshooting steps that may help get your coffee maker back up and running: https://support.sharkninja.com/article/CE451-Series-Ninja-Fresh-Brew-14-Cup-Programmable-Coffee-Maker

Although the machine does a relatively good job of making coffee and quickly, can someone please explain to me why the craft container does not have markings showing cup quantity? Had I realized this before I bought the coffee maker, I would have chosen another brand.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the speed and performance of the coffee maker, but we completely understand your frustration regarding the craft container markings. Having clear cup measurements is an important feature for many users, and we’re sorry this wasn’t included as you expected. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue to evaluate design improvements for future models.
The setup was easy and i love that i can program it the night before so the coffee is ready next morning. The brewing is consistent and fast. Only thing i dont like is the machine taking space on my small kitchen top.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The glass carafe breaking during the brewing process, especially on a unit that’s less than three months old, is understandably alarming and not the experience we want our customers to have. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams internally for further review. We’d like the opportunity to better understand what happened and offer support. You can reach out to our Customer Care team so we can assist you directly at: https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us
The dual coffee maker works great. I bought it because I wanted the larger 14 cup capacity. The problem is that 14 cups (a cup is 8 ounces) would use 112 ounces of water. The water and the carafe hold a maximum of 65 ounces…. The math isn’t mathing…. If I’m not getting 14 cup capacity, why is that printed on the box? Do you make a system that actually makes 14 cups of coffee?? That is what I want!
Recently purchased this coffee maker to replace my old. I was excited to add another Ninja product to our kitchen. I love the reusable coffee bin and the water canister that can be removed to fill. My biggest complaint comes when pouring the coffee. Into my cup. It drips all over my counter. I’ve tried pouring slower, holding it up, but nothing seems to make a difference. Not the same quality I have learned to enjoy from this company. For the price, I would have never imagined this issue.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your FreshBrew coffee maker. We truly appreciate your loyalty to Ninja and are glad to hear you enjoyed features like the reusable coffee bin and removable water reservoir. We are very sorry to hear about the pouring issue you described. This is not the quality we strive to deliver, and we understand how disappointing this must feel given your expectations. We would like the opportunity to look into this further with you to see whether the carafe lid, spout alignment, or another component may be contributing to the issue, and to review possible next steps. Please reach out to our support team using the link below so we can assist you directly: https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Thank you again for sharing your honest feedback.
Coffee is fine from it, my problem is that they shut the warmer off after 2 hours. If I make 10-12 cups of coffee I want the warmer on for at least 5-6 hours. I don’t want to have to continually come back to the machine and hit the stay warm button or microwave my coffee. I expected better from the engineers here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how important it is for your coffee to stay warm longer, especially when brewing a full 10–12 cup batch. The 2‑hour warming cycle is designed to help maintain flavor quality, though we know some customers prefer an extended warming time. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our product team.
