[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator has a large capacity and can store a lot of food and drinks inside. The spacious interior makes it easy to organize and keep everything in order. I really like the external water and ice dispenser because it is very convenient and I don’t need to open the refrigerator door many times. The door shelves have plenty of space and can hold many different products, which is very useful. The design is modern and looks great in my kitchen. The refrigerator keeps food fresh and maintains a consistent temperature. The storage layout is well designed and easy to use. The ice maker is a convenient feature for everyday use. Overall, this refrigerator is practical, spacious, and perfect for a family. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

So much storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first French door style refrigerator. I was worried that it might be too narrow on each side compared to the old fashioned style, but I was impressed with how spacious and deep it is! It is quite wide and there are plenty of door shelves for every sauce, condiment, or other smaller food item.
There is a thermometer and digital screen on the inside of the refrigerator section too. This lets me know that the freezer and fridge are cold enough and it's easy to change the settings.
Now for the ice, it takes a while for the machine to make the sphere ice but that is normal. There is also crushed ice and cubes to choose from. After about a day and a half it really gets going.
Another feature at this refrigerator model has is the energy saving mode that you can control on the app. I am not interested in this right now since it's so hot lately, but I could adjust the fridge temperature through the app to save some money and energy.
Finally, the temperature controlled is balanced throughout the whole interior. I have had ice spots on things deep in the back of the fridge before so this is quite a deal to not have to worry about that.
Overall, I do recommend this model of refrigerator!

Samsung High Tech Smart Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted to update our kitchen appliances and it was a no brainer that we were staying with Samsung.
This side by side refrigerator is great! I cannot say enough good things about it. It has all good features and then some. I can have more than 1 type of ice on demand and of course cold water. The refrigerator interior as well as freezer interior are both so spacious you definitely don't have to worry about storage room. Oh! The 2nd shelf down can pull out and slide under the back in case you have something tall to place on the 3rd shelf down. The refrigerator fits in the space we had really well and looks great! I'll include pictures.
There's a big thing I wanted to mention though, and that's the fact that you can use your PHONE to change settings or check it etc. How cool is that? Just use a simple App in your phone.

I guess I can say this is just another reason why we've always stuck with Samsung. You can never go wrong with good quality brands with good quality products, and that's what you get when you get from Samsung.

Great at keeping everything cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this refrigerator to replace one that I had for 36 years. I thought that it would be a hard adjustment for me since I was used to the one I had. That is not the case. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. It is bigger than my old one on both the refrigerator and the freezer. The added bonus is that the temperature is adjustable on the Samsung Smart Things app. I think that’s pretty neat. I am not a technical person at all, but my niece has shown me a lot over the past 6 years. Apps are one of them. This refrigerator being connected to a phone is something I have never heard of before. I do like it though. It’s easy to keep up with the settings this way. I love the sphere ice maker and the external water and ice dispensers. That is something my old refrigerator had, but they didn’t work well. These work like a charm. I also like that the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant. My niece has 4 grandchildren that visit her often. One stays with her a lot and the first thing they do is touch everything in the house, including the appliances. With this refrigerator, I don’t have to worry about fingerprints. The shelves and drawers are removeable and are easy to clean. They have little arrows on them to show that the back goes to the back side. I didn’t realize that my old freezer wasn’t getting very cold until this new freezer froze everything properly. The ice cream was so frozen that I could barely get it out of the tub. All in all I really like this refrigerator.
One feature that I think is great is the way the refrigerator works with the Samsung Smart Things App. Once paired with the Smart Things App, I was able to adjust the settings from my smartphone. The temperature, the ice maker, the AI temperature, can all be controlled from the slide of a finger in the app. It’s a great feature that I really like.

Wonderful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! It has so much space and has been exactly what I was looking for. The interior is very well designed, making it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped.
The top two shelves are especially spacious and deep, so I can easily fit large casserole dishes, serving platters, and tall containers without having to rearrange everything. The large produce drawers hold plenty of fruits and vegetables and help keep them organized. I also appreciate the roomy door bins, especially being able to store gallon jugs of milk on the door, which frees up shelf space.
The freezer has more than enough room for my family's needs, with shelves and compartments that make it easy to find what I'm looking for. One of our favorite features is the Sphere Ice™. It's fun, looks great in drinks, and has been a big hit with the whole family. The external water and ice dispenser is also convenient and easy to use.
Overall, this refrigerator offers a great combination of storage capacity, thoughtful organization, and useful features. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious side-by-side refrigerator.

Great refrigerator-love the sphere ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge roomy and very attractive. It had a beautiful finger-print resistant stainless finish and a minimalist exterior that I love. The ice and water dispenser is great- it’s tall enough for a large Stanley-type cup and I really like the little sealer square ice cubes. I also really love the sphere ice! It will only make a few at a time, but they are very dense and slow-melting. Perfect for cocktails or iced coffee. It does take up quite a bit space in the freezer, however.
The fridge is roomy, and it’s easy to see everything inside. The door shelves are huge! They hold gallon milk jugs with ease.
The only thing that’s holding me back from giving 5 stars is that the shelves are not adjustable, which i find very strange and inconvenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The side-by-side layout makes it easy to find everything without digging around, and there's plenty of room for groceries for our whole family. The Sphere Ice is a cool feature—it actually keeps drinks cold longer without watering them down as fast, which is great for whiskey or iced coffee. The external water and ice dispenser works quickly, and the fingerprint-resistant stainless finish does a good job hiding smudges. It also runs surprisingly quiet, and the SmartThings connectivity is a nice bonus for keeping an eye on things from my phone.
