[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for 2 1/2 weeks have not been able to use it everything in the refrigerator side froze up on day 1. I have had repair techs out twice now and still not fixed. No fault to repair tech they have been doing what the Samsung support is telling them to do. Still waiting for Samsung to fix!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very basic fridge. The sphere ice is a nice feature, but takes forever to make. Which it had more room and door shelves in freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sphere ice can take longer to make by design, but slow production may also be due to temperature, water supply, or setup. Checking these can help improve performance. If ice is being made slowly, reviewing the settings and running a quick test or reset can help.

Some great things but missing dispenser light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooling- freezer at warmest setting 5° and ice cream gets too frozen to scoop out.
Dispenser is tall enough for Stanley drinking cup, however they missed having a light to see when glass is full!
The big ball ice cubes are great. You get full control of making 3,6,9 balls per day when you use the SmartThings app.
It is easy to organize food and makes it easy to find and retrieve items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very beautiful refrigerator. I really like the french door style and the best thing about this fridge is that you do not see any fingerprints on the doors.
It was easy to set up the fridge including adding it to my SmartThings app where I already have several other Samsung devices. No issues connecting to the internet.

Sharp Looking Fridge with Great Features

No longer are we digging around a deep chest searching for the dino nuggets like they we are archeologists searching for bones.
The adjustable shelving system is perfect to meet every family’s needs!
The sphere ice is a very nice feature even as someone who doesn’t enjoy a cocktail. The ice is perfect as it melts much slower than your traditional cube. It is perfect for any kind of drink. The external water and ice dispenser makes it a breeze for yong and old to get what they need without opening the door!
Fridge looks great but attracts some prints which is a small price to pay for this beauty.
The build of this fridge indicates it will be around for a long time. Purchase seems well worth it!
