[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Samsung products so when we needed to replace our frig we opted for a Samsung one. We went with this model for the size and ice maker. My husband wanted the ball ice feature and so far it is working out. We have only had the frig a month or so bet we like it. When it was first set up the ball ice takes a lot longer to form and drop than the regular ice does. It makes about 3 balls of ice at a time - this is the only complaint so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my Samsung for 24 hours. I've read the reviews and hope mine is a good one. I had a Frigidaire that was only 8 years old. So just don't trust that brand either. I have owned Samsung in the past and never had any issues with it.
