Good Appliance, Bad App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is amazing. It has a ton of room in both fridge and freezer. One thing. There is no light for the ice/water dispenser, so depending on your lighting situation, be aware. The ice dispenser can be a little moody and switch from cube to crushed. It works itself out though. The sphere ice is nice as well.
That brings me to the app. I was able to get the app working when we first received the fridge. Since updating my Wi-Fi, I have not been able. The app was really nice when it worked because it let you make all sorts of settings including the amount of sphered ice you wanted as well as if you wanted whole or half spheres. Now, I get whole ones only at a rate of three a day. You can get up to nine in the app settings.
All in all, a good appliance. Just wish I was able to use all the features.

More importantly, it works fantastically, especially the sphere ice dispenser. The app it comes with unlocks great features and helps my family and I have easy access to service repairs, filter replacements, and setting adjustments if needed. Moreover, the app allowed me to choose settings that reduce the refrigerator’s overall energy consumption. Overall, a great product!
