Large and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a lot of space compared to my previous one with the same size but with an ice-maker/water dispenser in the door. I had a lot of space left in the new one after transferring everything from the old one. The first unit I received had a factory defect (coolant leaking) and did not cool at all. So glad I didn't have them haul away the old one!
While it took almost another month to get the new one, it's totally worth it. The setup through the app took literally a couple of minutes. It cooled to specified temps within an hour and has been working flawlessly after a week now. I am happy that I chose the model with ice maker in the freezer drawer. It adds a lot of extra space in the top spaces.
I like the shelves are adjustable and lets me organize to my liking. The dual compartments in the freezer also help with organizing my frozen foods.
A couple of things I would like to see improved would be the app. While I can adjust the temperature using the app, I would like to see the current temp as well. No way to do that.
The ice maker is slow. After several days, it still has not filled up the entire tray. We made sure the new installers installed the water pipe correctly and it was straight without any twists/kinks. May be that will improve over time.

Spacious Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I have been extremely happy with this refrigerator. This refrigerator is larger than the previous one we owned. The 32 cu. ft. capacity easily holds everything our family needs. It is spacious making it easy to organize groceries and find what you’re looking for.
The stainless steel finish gives our kitchen a clean, modern look. I really appreciate the adjustable shelving, which makes it simple to fit taller items when needed. So far I have been pleased with the performance.
I’d definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke AI 32 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator. It’s been a great addition and upgrade to our kitchen.

Bright and Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anything would’ve been an upgrade from what we previously had, but this Samsung Bespoke really knocked it out the park. For starters, the mega capacity truly lives up to its name. The additional space depth-wise and added drawers is a huge convenience. Everything has a dedicated space, and I’m no longer wondering if my groceries will fit. I especially love the size compartments and how all my drinks and condiments are basically eye level. One small area of opportunity would be a “harder” seal/shut. I know, I know…we want a soft close. But sometimes I have to double check that the door is actually shut. I guess this is a good problem to have, and for added peace of mind, there is of course the little chime for when the door isn’t closed. Other than that, I’m very impressed overall.
