Exceptional fridge with some caveats.

Starting from the looks. With the stainless steel and black glass from top to bottom cannot complain, timeless and modern.
Inside this countertop Depth refrigerator I love the glass shelves. And smoked plastic door containers everything has a good place with no wasted space. The drink center is amazing especially with the pitcher auto filling making filling waterbottles in the morning take no time at all. Heading down to the "flex zone" I personally just keep it at the same temperature as the main fridge and use that area for canned drinks. No complaints there
Now to the freezer it keeps food frozen, other than that I cant say to many good things about it. The ice maker takes up alot of space and the sliding lid makes getting ice cumbersome and awkward if holding a cup or bottle.
Moving on to the tech side of the fridge. The screen is nice and big making use of it to read recipes or watching morning news Is very pleasant. Amazon alexa seems to not work properly on mine so I have turned off that feature. As for the interior camera. I feel a little misled as to how that works and does not function as expected. The camera is not on the inside of the fridge and only has the capability of taking a picture of the doors when they are opened. Also for being a fridge the has an msrp north of 3k you would expect the camera quality to be top notch and that Is not the case. It takes a picture every time you add or remove an item from the fridge and the quality is on par with a smartphone from 2006. If the tech side was better I would recommend the to everyone i know. But with it lagging and not having a fully functional camera I can only give this a 8 out of 10. One other side note that I didnt think of when getting this fridge. If you are use to adding pictures or holiday cards to the front with fridge magnets think again unless you only want them on the side or bottom half of the fridge.

Intelligent Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we recently purchased the Samsung AI Family Hub counter-depth fridge, and are pretty impressed by how much functionality it packs into a sleek, space-saving design. It fits perfectly with our kitchen cabinetry and looks high-end with the modern finish that resists fingerprints really well. The Family Hub screen is so good- we use it to display family photos, stream music, check the calendar, and even look inside the fridge remotely thanks to the AI Vision feature. We now know the age of the product thats inside and really helps in planning the grocery trips. The layout is super efficient, and even though it’s counter-depth, it still feels spacious inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this fridge clearly has all the bells and whistles. My favorite part of the fridge would definitely be the door sensor opener. That has helped me out many times. I like the two types of ice, but wish it didn't take up as much of the freezer. I use the watch pitcher feature daily and absolutely love how much time it saves me every morning. The screen can be laggy, but overall works well. I wish I would have prepared myself for the amount of fingerprints you would see on the fridge too, but thats my own issue I suppose. Overall, is it worth the extra money? Kinda? If you dont utilize Alexa or other smart products, stick to a regular fridge.

The charcoal glass and stainless-steel finish look stunning — modern, elegant, and very premium. The flat-panel doors and clean lines give it a built-in look even though it’s counter-depth. Fingerprints are minimal and easy to wipe off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a lot of Samsung fridges and I have liked most in not all of them and this Family hub 4 door/drawer fridge is no different! I love this fridge and everything it offers. My old fridge didn’t have access to ice and only thru the dope see but this dispenses the ice in 2 different sizes right into the freezer and still has a beverage center and water dispenser to i live how the ice stray stays covered and comes with a convenient plastic scooper which has its own place! The freezer is somewhat smaller than my older one but I prefer that since things get lost and stay a lot longer than they should so I like the size of the freezer and the ease of how it opens and closes. The fridge is also just as awesome. I love having the family hub and talking to Alexa or Bixby or using the screen to change settings or add things to the calendar. My kids can add anything to our shopping list and it takes pics of everything you put in and take out of the fridge! The drawer I love the most since it keeps the whole fridge from being opened constantly. I keep a lot of out everyday things my family would be looking for in there and the freezer gets opened way less also! I love the larger family hub screen on this unit and it’s very customizable. It fit perfectly at 36” in our kitchen and it is shorter than our old fridge at 70” which I like since I am short! I’m also a giant fan of the automatic doors, i never had a fridge with automatic doors but aI love them and love the fact there are no more dirty hand prints! I am a total fan of this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bridge has been the hit of all our guests.That come over, they loved the features on the screen being able to either watch t v.Listen to music.See what's inside our fridge?Make a shopping listThey can even make a recipe based on what is in your fridge and kind of self recognizes it.It also has features to customize your panels.And we put a calendar on ours, which looks really great.And the drawing board and note station has been a lifesaver.It's absolutely so functionable and definitely adds to our organization skills at the house.The fridge itself is very wide and has a lot of room.I love shelving, especially the middle right where you can fold it up.If you need to have something taller in it and then I also love the sides.The best thing is the water pitcher and water spout inside the fridge.The water's always cold.The water pitcher refills itself, which is genius.It's great for all kinds of uses.And it has an infuser in it too.So that can also keep cold and have different kind of infused water.I absolutely love it.The freezer has a lot of room and different.Shelves, the two kinds of ice cubes are really perfect and having that scooper is even better.I love having a spot for that.And it just makes things so convenient.It makes a lot of ice and pretty quickly a really well thought out fridge

Love the ice maker, and although this model is smaller than our last fridge it seems more spacious. I love how we can adjust the shelving and it comes with a filtered water pitcher. Couldn't be happier with this fridge and it's by far my favorite one yet!
