If I could give your product zero stars, I would. I am beyond frustrated with the Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerator I recently purchased just three months ago. The touch screen has malfunctioned not once, but twice, rendering it practically useless.
This is unacceptable for a product that I expected to be of high quality. The fact that such a critical feature has failed so soon after purchase raises serious concerns about the reliability of your appliances. I believe that Samsung has a responsibility to address this issue and extend the warranty on the touch screen, given the recurring problems many customers, including myself, have experienced.
If you cannot rectify this situation, I strongly urge you to consider offering refunds to anyone who has faced similar issues with this refrigerator. I expected much more from a brand like Samsung, and I am left feeling disappointed and angry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung Bespoke With Family Hub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start out by saying that so far I love the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with the Family Hub. It is actually a fun refrigerator with the hub on it. I like the idea of having the added features of Spotify or even Youtube on it while cooking dinner. The ice maker is awesome. I love having two different kinds of ice! I use one for my water bottles and one for regular glasses. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator for all that we use. The Beverage center is nice too. I like that it is inside of instead of outside. The ready to pour water is good for when I do not want to wait to fill my water bottles, or even if I want to use it for fruit infusions. The flex zone has become my cheese drawer, since apparently we have a cheese addiction.
I did notice that it did not take long at all to get down to temperature using the power mode when we first plugged it in. That made moving things from my old refrigerator to the new one so much faster!
The different sized compartments on the door are really working well for us. The top one is the perfect size for small containers of jelly and mustards, so that they do not get lost in the back of the refrigerator.

Beautiful Fridge with extras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is pretty on both the outside and inside. The lighting is great and there is ample shelf space. The internal beverage pitcher is a nice add on though it does take away some space. I like the center flex drawer, but wish it could drop to freezer level as I personally would like more freezer space. The 2 types of ice gives options, but does eat into some freezer space. Minor issues for a beautiful unit. The extra tech is where this becomes a gem once you learn how to fully utilize it. The AI Hub that allows you to view your contents, keep track of expiration dates and can recommend recipes based on your ingredients is a fun add on and some of the recipes have looked good. Beyond that you have your video player to watch recipes, calendar and white board, and can even connect to your doorbell camera and other smart devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality control

Absolutely garbage do yourself a favor and shop a different brand. We bought the whole appliance set and had every single one repaired. Refrigerator multiple times for water pitched and water filler, microwave fixed 2 times and dishwasher repaired one time. Now the 24 month warranty is out and guess what the Refrigerator refill stopped working again. I just new I should have bought LG instead now Im going to pay double. Quality control is seriously lacking do yourself a favor and skip the samsung section. The pretty looks aren't worth the trouble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Smart, Stylish Upgrade with a Few Minor Quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Family Hub Refrigerator has truly elevated my kitchen experience. One of my favorite features is the FlexZone and the Metal Twin Cooling Plus system. The flexible cooling options makes it easy to store everything from fresh produce to party platters at the perfect temperature. Being able to convert a compartment from fridge to freezer depending on my needs has reduced food waste and made meal prep far more convenient.
The Inner Beverage Center with the Auto Fill Pitcher has also become a daily staple. I love being able to grab chilled, filtered water , and the pitcher refills itself automatically—a small but brilliant time-saver for busy mornings.
On the efficiency side, the AI Energy Mode and AI Inverter Compressor give me peace of mind. The refrigerator runs quietly and adjusts power intelligently, which I’ve noticed reflected in slightly lower energy bills. It feels like a premium, Eco-friendly appliance that doesn’t compromise on performance.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The Family Hub screen is fun and helpful, but it can sometimes lag when switching between apps or connecting to smart devices. The fingerprint-resistant finish could also be a bit more durable, as smudges do appear with regular use. And while the fridge is energy efficient overall, the AI Energy Mode occasionally requires manual tweaking to get the best balance between performance and savings. The family hub froze a few times within a week of usage and at one instant the speaker was loud enough and the touch screen would not respond had to cut the power off to reset the hub.
The delivery could have been a bit smoother, XPO guys were hesitant to get this refrigerator in as it is sight wider and asked me to remove the railing on the stairs showed them video as to how to remove the doors and panel and to get it in.
Overall, the Samsung Bespoke Family Hub Refrigerator has been a smart, stylish, and highly functional addition to my modern kitchen. It’s not perfect, but its combination of flexible cooling, smart energy features, and sleek design makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to upgrade

The flexible cooling is great the two ice options are really neat. We find the inner beverage center extremely useful. The pitcher and self pour options are wonderful. You can infuse the pitcher water or you can just drink plain water through the pour spout. The extra capacity on the refrigerator is so useful especially with little ones and their endless amounts of snacks and drinks. This far the energy efficiency and performance of the AI Energy Mode and AI Inverter Compressor seem very good. Overall we are truly thrilled with the new addition to the kitchen.

Samsung Bespoke with Family Hub

As for the inside:
The inside has plenty of room, gets cold quick, and has plenty of storage in the doors. The SmartThings app allows for easy setup and configuration for the temperature, quick cooling/ freezing, and allow for setup of the flex zone drawer. The auto-fill water pitcher and water dispenser being on the inside take a small amount of space from the inside, but it adds a lot more to the outside appearance. Shelves are adjustable to make room for larger items like gallon drink containers. The filter location is in the front between the 2 drawers for easy access to replace when the time comes so you don't have to remove everything from a shelf to stretch all the way into the back to replace it. The two drawers are fairly deep and hold quite a bit. The flex zone is versatile and can be reconfigured for multiple types of storage from frozen to beverages.
The pull-out freezer is deep with a separate rolling drawer on the upper portion. The ice is made and placed into 2 separate bins: one for large cubes and the other for the smaller "Samsung Bites" ice. The "bites and about 1/3 the size of the standard ice cubes, but slightly larger than the small pellet ice from some chain restaurants. The is a small door above the ice for the included ice scoop that rests in a small spoon rest for it for easy storage.
