Our 1st Samsung Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has much more interior room than our old one and it's the same exterior (height, depth and width). The layout is much better. I like the craft ice balls. Perfect to cool off a cognac or whiskey. The dual ice maker is a must here in Florida. It made temperature in about 4 hours. Which is fast in my opinion. The stainless doesn't show fingerprints. My wife is very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The center door is awesome and I love that I can make it for wine or other stuff. The ice maker in bottom is perfect no more ice being stuck and you can’t get it out. The best thing I have bought for my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It shares most of the latter's internals, with a cooling system comprising dual evaporators and an inverter-controlled compressor. There are also a pair of ice makers inside the freezer, one for standard-size cubes and the other for smaller pebbled ice.

Finish is nice but performance is lacking

Overall the refrigerator performs well. It cools and the freezer freezes. My biggest complaint is the ice making. You can choose spheres or half spheres in the freezer compartment. The spheres worked for awhile but now on half spheres are produced even when spheres are selected. And the half spheres are not uniform. Some are complete and some are not quite all there.
Shelving is also tricky to get places in the refrigerator. Some positions are not secure and fall out.
For the price of the Samsungs, I expect better performance. We have only had this refrigerator for 2 months.
