Absolutely Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been absolutely thrilled with this refrigerator since the moment it was plugged in. The zero clearance doors are a wonderful solution to a problem we’ve struggled with since remodeling our kitchen, they do not hinder the cabinet doors next to the refrigerator from opening when the refrigerator door is open also. The quality of the refrigerator is great and feels as high end as it looks. The door shelves are not moveable, but thankfully they are in places that make sense for what we need them for. The exterior stainless steel finish seems to repel fingerprints pretty well. A feature we didn’t expect but absolutely love is that the freezer handle locks the freezer drawer shut when fully closed, and the freezer being left lightly open is something that was a problem with our previous refrigerators due to having 5 kids getting in and out of the freezer every day. The only things I will be negative about is that the water dispenser tends to drip a little after removing the cup from it, which leaves a little puddle in the dispenser cubby often; and there not being more height options to place the shelves, and not being able to move the door shelves at all.

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator turned out to be a really solid upgrade. The design looks clean and modern, and it fits nicely into the space without any issues. One thing I noticed right away is how quickly it reaches the set temperature after setup. It feels efficient and responsive compared to older units I have used.
The ice feature is probably my favorite part. It produces both regular ice and the larger sphere-style ice, and the bigger ice is especially nice for drinks since it melts more slowly. It is one of those features that feels premium. The layout feels well thought out and practical for everyday use. Overall, it feels like a higher-end refrigerator and a nice upgrade.

Love the Sphere ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this fridge, especially the sphere ice maker and the AI-powered features. It honestly feels like one of the best purchases we’ve made for our home. The smart app has been really convenient, and being able to turn the ice feature on and off from the app is something we use more than we expected. It’s such a small feature, but it makes everyday use a lot easier.
Another thing we appreciate is how quiet it is. It runs so smoothly that we barely notice it, which is nice in the kitchen. The freezer also has a lot of space, so it’s easy to keep everything organized without feeling cramped. Overall, it looks great, works really well, and has made day-to-day life a lot more convenient. We’ve been very happy with it.

Excellent Smart Fridge

The increased size for the water dispenser is a huge improvement over the standard water dispenser sizes. My daughters ridiculously large travel mugs fit with ease. The craft ice dispenser is great. I love having effortless ice balls ready to use. However I think my personal favorite is the sliding hide a shelf. The ability to make a portion of the storage taller with ease is amazing.
The smart app has some great features, like being able to set a time when your electric charges are at their peak, so the fridge attempts to reduce power usage during that time. I also like being able to see the amount of energy used as a monthly report. Additional features of the app that I like are the ability to change the sound when the door is left open, adjust the amount of ice spheres created in a day, and change the lighting fade. Though having the interior light fade up when the door opens is a very nice touch.
Overall, this is an excellent product with a lot of high end features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market.

So much fridge depth and freezer space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! Delivery and set up was a breeze and it cooled to temp quickly. The fridge has great depth. We had a party a few days after delivery and I was able to store everything with asking the neighbor to use theirs. My husband loves the delayed lighting feature. It feels very elevated. The freezer has so much more space that my last and the drawers operate much smoother. We love the sphere ice. It cools a drink down without making it overly watery. The filtered water tastes great and I love not having to open the door to get it. Very convenient having it in the outside of the door. It's a very quiet appliance. The sphere ice is the only noticeable sound and I love the feature to control that from the app! You can designate it to only make sphere ice during the day and you can choose how many to make each day. Very cool. The app is user friendly and monitoring the temp if away from home for a hurricane will be helpful to know if we need to toss anything out. The finish looks great and is user friendly, minimal to no fingerprints even after a birthday party. All in all I am quite pleased!

New Samsung Bespoke fridge is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my other brand fridge. The stainless steel finish is premium and modern. It slides right up against the walls and cabinets with almost no gap, and the doors open smoothly. The shelves are large and wide, its way deeper than my prior fridge but physically the same overall size (which is amazing), but the Sphere Ice is my favorite feature. It makes globes of ice! But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. Its a connected/smart fridge, which means I can check temps and get alerts from my phone. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. I am very pleased with this purchase so far. Thanks Samsung.

Greatest Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator has it all, the shelves are spacious, 2 kinds of Ice (regular and sphere ice, in the freezer) and room in the freezer for all your frozen items.
This was such a huge improvement over my old fridge. The outside looks sleek and modern. The amount of fridge space is amazing. The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer!
I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer.
It does a great job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort.

State of the Art Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I love my new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It is so spacious and the water filter is top notch! I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.
