[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this fridge because our previous one didn't have a water dispenser. This is a huge game changer. Not to mention it has spherical ice. SPHERICAL!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung refrigerator is the perfect blend of slim design and spacious interior. It fits seamlessly into my kitchen and aligns beautifully with the countertop. The handles open smoothly and help prevent hand marks, keeping the fridge looking clean. Overall, truly one of my best purchases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working
on September 25, 2026
Posted by: Carol
We bought a Samsung before the AI design. It worked great until it abruptly stopped. The compressor stopped working which was a known problem with these refrigerators. It was covered by warranty but there was no way I was going to get another Samsung. We went 3 weeks without a fridge trying to get it serviced and then ordering a different fridge. Sadly, Samsung had not fixed the issue and now I have an ugly refrigerator, but it works. Seems like it would be an easy fix that would help out Samsung, but guess they don’t want to take care of their customers,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
