[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge so far, easy to install and use, got down to temp quickly after installed, to get in our kitchen the doors needed to come off, which were surprisingly easy to do unlike many refrigerators

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is a replacement to my old Samsung. We find the incremental improvements wonderful. Such improvements are AI controls, sphere ice cube shapes, more adjustable shelves and lighting.

Great product not fully intuitive

We have figured everything out except how to get ice to go to the freezer but are working with the sales team to teach us that.

Samsung solved their ice build up issues in the back panel of refrigerators. It makes for a great looking refrigerator in our kitchen! (Bespoke black model)
