Great Fridge but Has a Minor Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung RF32CG5B30SRAA refrigerator has been a great addition to my kitchen overall. The standout feature is definitely the 31 cu. ft. Mega Capacity, which provides an incredible amount of storage space. It easily accommodates large grocery trips, and the extra shelves make organization simple and flexible. I really appreciate how thoughtfully designed the interior is—you can customize it to fit everything from tall bottles to bulk items without feeling cramped.
The exterior design is another big plus. It’s sleek, modern, and fits beautifully into a contemporary kitchen. The external water and ice dispenser is very convenient, offering easy access to chilled, filtered water along with different ice options, which is great for everyday use and when hosting guests.
The freezer is equally impressive. It’s deep and spacious, with plenty of capacity to store frozen foods without having to stack things awkwardly. Everything feels accessible and well-organized.
I also like the integration with the SmartThings app, especially the AI Energy mode, which helps reduce energy usage. It’s a nice feature if you’re trying to be more energy-conscious without sacrificing performance.
That said, I’ve run into one consistent issue: the left door doesn’t stay open on its own. It tends to swing shut unless I physically hold it open, which can be frustrating when loading or unloading groceries. Interestingly, the right door works perfectly and stays open as expected, so this seems like a minor design or alignment issue rather than a general flaw.
Overall, this fridge delivers excellent performance, capacity, and style. If the door issue were resolved, it would be close to perfect.

Spacious Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator has an absolutely amazing amount of space! We are loving how open the shelving is. We do, however, wish there were taller shelving spaces available in more locations. The kids love the opportunity to open the freezer door and grab their favorite treats. The ice dispenser works well and the ice is a great consistency. We do wish that the ice bin were more easily available to snag a cup of ice instead of using the dispenser overall, we love this new refrigerator and are happy to have made the jump!

Big on Space - Fast on Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Samsung RF32CG5B30SRAA as a replacement for my kitchen. It was quick and easy to set up via the SmartThings app. It looks fantastic and performs flawlessly. My only regret is waiting so long to pull the trigger!
Pros:
Refrigerator space - this thing is HUGE. I was able to fit everything from my old refrigerator and it doesn’t even look half full. Each door has multiple shelves to maximize storage space. There is even a cool little sliding half shelf that tucks away to allow for tall items. No more moving shelves around to accommodate bottles of wine and/or champagne.

Ice, Ice, Baby - the icemaker replenishes the bin as fast as you can fill a cup. There are also two trays for excess storage in the drawer freezer. Simply pull the bin, dump it in the trays and never run out of ice.
SmartThings app - I can monitor and adjust temperatures, be alerted when a door is left open and operate the power cycles all from my phone.
Cons:
Freezer layout - this is no fault of Samsung’s. My old refrigerator was a side by side and I am not used to having a drawer freezer. It stores more than my old unit; however, it is a little cumbersome for a drawer freezer rookie. This will work itself out with time and experience.

Overall this is one cool appliance! I don’t think I have ever been so excited about using my refrigerator.
