Very Convenient

The best feature of this Signature washer-dryer combo is that you don't have to transfer the laundry to a dryer when the wash cycle finishes. Although the drying time takes a bit longer, the convenience far outweighs it.
I also love getting notifications through the LG ThinQ app once the entire process is complete. Our laundry room is in the basement and I spend most of my time on the second floor. In the past, I had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times just to check on the progress—since the actual time often took longer than what was displayed. Now, I simply wait for the app notification before heading downstairs, which is a huge game-changer.
On top of that, the capacity is massive, allowing me to wash large loads and even heavy comforters with ease.
I recommend this to anyone planning to purchase a new washer and dryer set. I can confidently say it’s the best appliance I’ve ever used!

Love this Washer/Dryer Combo!

I've had the LG Washer/Dryer Ventless Combo for about a week now, and I'm already really impressed. I love being able to throw a load in and have it come out completely washed and dried without having to switch it over to another machine. I can't tell you how many times I have had to wash a load over again with my traditional washer because I forgot about it! The washer cleans really well, and my clothes come out fresh, soft, and dry every time. It's surprisingly quiet, and the controls are so simple that even my 11 year old can do a load of laundry without any help. The drying cycle does take a little longer than a traditional dryer, but it doesn't bother me since I can start a load and walk away. The convenience of not having to remember to move clothes from the washer to the dryer is absolutely worth it! Overall, after just a week of using it, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use, all in one laundry system.

Quiet, convenient, perfect for busy families

This washer/dryer combo has been a game changer for our family of four. After years of making trips to the laundromat, having the convenience of washing and drying at home has made a huge difference in our daily routine. The complete wash-and-dry cycle is quite long but it's incredibly quiet and convenient to set and forget, perfect for juggling a busy schedule with young kids. I can start a load and move on with my day without having to remember to transfer clothes to the dryer.
One of my favorite features is ezDispense. It automatically uses the right amount of detergent, so I no longer have to worry about using too much or dealing with detergent residue that required extra rinse cycles with my previous washer.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this machine. It has simplified one of the biggest household chores and genuinely made keeping up with our family's endless laundry easier and less stressful.

This washer/dryer has not performed as I expected. During use, the spin and drying cycles are much louder than I anticipated. I have found that smaller loads produce better drying results than larger ones. When I wash bulkier items, such as a comforter, the complete wash-and-dry cycle takes much longer than I expected.

The Future of Laundry: Just Check the Box Content

I have been extremely impressed with the LG SIGNATURE WashCombo. Coming from a traditional washer and dryer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this machine has exceeded my expectations.
The first thing that stood out to me was the capacity. For an all-in-one washer and dryer, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it holds. It easily handles our everyday family laundry, and I appreciate not having to sacrifice capacity just because it’s a combo unit.
I have also been very impressed with the built-in heat pump drying system. I was initially skeptical that a ventless dryer could perform as well as a traditional dryer, but the clothes come out dry, soft, and ready to wear without having to transfer them between machines. Being able to load the washer, press Start, and come back later to clean, dry clothes is exactly the convenience I was looking for.
Another pleasant surprise has been how quiet the machine is. Ours is installed in our laundry room, and I have not noticed any excessive vibration or noise during the wash or dry cycles. It’s much quieter than I expected for an all-in-one unit.
I also haven’t experienced any moisture issues after a cycle finishes. As a good habit, I usually leave the door slightly open after unloading the clothes to allow the drum to air out, but I haven’t noticed excessive moisture or dampness inside the machine.
The AI Wash & Dry cycle and the ezDispense system make laundry almost effortless. Once everything is set up, the machine automatically dispenses detergent and completes the entire wash and dry process without any intervention.
The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because my unit was missing three accessories that are listed as included with the product: the dryer sheet ball (Pet Care Dryer Ball), the mesh laundry bag, and the cleaning brush. While this doesn’t affect the machine’s performance, it was disappointing to discover those items were not included with such a premium appliance.
Overall, I am very happy with the WashCombo and believe it represents the future of home laundry. Aside from the missing accessories, it has been an outstanding addition to our home, and I look forward to enjoying it for many years.

Laundry made easy

This machine has worked great. I was hesitant to get something that is ventless and runs on a standard plug but everything is dried and hot when it comes out. While it may take a little longer total time, not having to remember to move the clothes from the washer and dryer gets us to take care of them quicker. Just set it and forget it and come back to clean clothes.
