Convenient and Efficient Washer

After using the new LG SIGNATURE Washer-Dryer Combo for about 2 weeks, I've been very impressed with the overall experience. The first thing I noticed was the sleek, premium design. It looks modern and high-end, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to select and customize cycles.
Another feature I've really enjoyed is the integration with the LG ThinQ app. It allows me to easily monitor cycle progress, receive notifications when laundry is finished, and stay on top of maintenance reminders. It also provides useful information if any issues arise.
The complete wash and dry process on the normal cycle takes about 2 hours, which is a little longer than using separate machines in some situations. However, the biggest advantage is that I can load my clothes once and walk away without having to remember to transfer them from the washer to the dryer. For my lifestyle, that convenience makes up for the longer cycle time.
Overall, I would highly recommend the LG SIGNATURE Washer-Dryer Combo. The combination of design, features, and convenience of the product makes laundry much easier for me.

WOW Absolutely (Almost) Perfect!

WOW! Love the automation, the flexibility and the convenience this machine has over our old LG separates. It's amazing, quiet and energy efficient! (Calculated about a buck and a half worth of energy to wash and dry my last load of bedding. Is far I have only used the AI setting with the automatic soap dispenser and wrinkle care turned on. Perfect way to do my mixed bad of clothes. Put em in dirty, coma back later, maybe tomorrow and they are clean and dry and wrinkle free. ONLY thing I'd wish to change is to be able to set the wrinkle care on permanently so I never have to set it again.

The LG Signature Ventless Washer and Dryer combo has been an impressive addition to our home, performing both washing and drying functions exceptionally well. Having the cycle transition directly from wash to dry without needing to transfer wet clothes makes laundry effortless, while the ventless heat pump technology leaves every load from heavy towels to daily wear thoroughly cleaned, fully dried, and well cared for.

'Set It and Forget It' Laundry Experience!

The best part is definitely not having to switch wet clothes over to a dryer anymore. I just toss everything in before going to bed or heading to work, and it’s finished before I even realize it. I also love the ezDispense feature. You just fill up the detergent tank once, and it automatically dispenses the right amount for each load. Honestly, I just use the AI mode for every laundry load now because the machine knows better than me! It usually takes about 2.5 hours. I was a bit worried about the drying performance at first, but it dries everything completely. I’m super satisfied! Also, at first, I thought I had to drain the water from the bottom hose every time, but then I learned it's not necessary because it drains automatically from the back hose. You just need to remove the lint from the top filter. So, load the laundry, remove the lint, push the AI mode button. That's it! So convenient and feels so luxurious!

Really spacious capacity and high tech appliance. It’s actually pretty great in terms of vibration and noise. The auto cycle to drying and heating really takes care of the moisture in the wash in a single cycle.

No more shrinking clothes!

The biggest reason I wanted to replace my washing machine was because my clothes kept shrinking. It was especially frustrating with my child's clothes. Every time I washed and dried them, the clothes would shrink noticeably, making it difficult to keep using them.
I tried everything I could think of... changing the water temperature, using different detergents, and following every care instruction but unless I air-dried the clothes, they still shrank. I had used a competitor's washing machine and dryer for years and just assumed shrinking children's clothes was unavoidable.
Recently, I had the opportunity to try the LG washer and dryer combo (WM9998HBA), and the difference has been amazing. The clothes no longer shrank, so I even tested it by washing and drying clothes that had already been washed and dried before. Even after running them through another complete cycle, there was no additional shrinking.
Another feature I absolutely love is that I don't have to stop the cycle to take certain items out or sort them before drying. I can simply put everything in once, and the machine takes care of both the wash and dry cycle from start to finish.
If you've been struggling with clothes shrinking after laundry, especially children's clothes, I highly recommend giving this LG washer and dryer combo a try. It has made laundry so much easier and has given me peace of mind!

Great for space with some tradeoffs

Before I dive into my review, I’d like to make it clear that I am currently using traditional washer + gas dryer combo to compare.
<Pros>
1. No transferring laundry - load once, walk away and done
2. Ventless design fits anywhere - you don’t need any gas pipes and vents for this one.
3. EZ dispense auto detergent is life changer - you don’t need to put liquids every time. Less hassle for your life.
4. Best in class capacity for an All-in-one - 5.8cuft

So, here is my bottom line.
If you are short on space, hate moving laundry between machines or want hassle free experience, this will be a great choice. But if you need multiple loads with shorter time which is speed, you might want to keep your separate washer and dryer set. The convenience that this product delivered to my life might look small but It comes really huge to me, honestly.

Great size and extremely convenient

To be transparent I was skeptical about a 2-in-1 washer/dryer and figured it’d be a compromise on one end, but happy to say I was so wrong. It washes and dries in a single cycle, no moving laundry between machines, and everything comes out actually dry! not damp. It was surprisingly loud at first, but that was on me - once I actually read the instructions and took off the shipping bracket in the back, it ran quiet. It’s got some nice tech features too that elevated the whole experience. Also love the capacity- easily fits bulky duvets. Overall a solid, beautifully designed, high-end piece.
