Have had Garmin products for the last 35 years, have loved the innovation that keeps coming out. Had a Marq and went to a Forerunner, to miss everything and got the VENU X1 - couldnt be happier.

Poor Bluetooth range

Great features and functions

I love the bigger screen and the things of the watch. I'm still le a ring its features and how to navigate for those functions that I have grown accustomed to on the epix pro gen 2 but that will come. Battery life is so much better than an Apple watch or galaxy watch a f more accurate for steps.

The Venu X1 is the only Garmin with Apple Watch looks and functionality.

Battery life is better than advertised. Form factor is wonderful. I wish there were more economical options for extra bands. That is the major downside.

Needs multiband GPS especially for use under tree canopy. Needs offline sync for when internet/data service is unavailable. It is so comfortable you forget it’s on, even with long sleeves. The silicone band is best for first use, should ship with it instead; the Velcro band is more for sleeping or when snug fit is required.
