Great health watch! I am still learning how to use it. I have had a Approach S70 golf watch for years and purchased the Venu X1 for health monitoring Walking and routine living. At 81 years of age I face some health problems that this watch will help me monitor my heart, pulse oximeter, steps, body battery, and MOVE IQ.

Somewhat Disappointing

Too much of what you don't need on a smart watch, especially a Garmin product. What I do like is the Garmin interface with my iPhone such as time, notifications, focus, and battery life. All of the sports junk is just that, junk. Maybe someone who has little or no understanding of their physical fitness profile would need all of the irrelevant trinkets just as a participation trophy. Cubicle monkeys are ruining the electronics world because they LACK experience at ground zero.
I would NOT recommend this product to those who make the world safe. I have owned Garmin products for decades and I am disappointed with the Venu X1. The name should have been a red flag for me.

The Venu X1 is the best watch I have ever owned!

Great watch! Love the large screen. Golf app is fantastic as is the ability to create a custom workout. Battery life is great. GPS on the golf app uses a lot of battery but that is too be expected. Even with that, the battery lasts longer than my Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. Easy to use and provides useful health data. Highly recommend the Venu X1!

I enjoy all the different functions it has. Waiting to try golf with it. Wrist band a little tough to get off but overall very good. Garmin makes an outstanding product!

Love it. Love it. Love it! Read reviews about battery life that made me question whether I wanted to get it. Battery is great for what I use it for. I workout or do some type of tracked activity 7 days a week and it last at least 6 days. I am very happy with its functionality. It was an upgrade from a previous Garmin. Also, it is customizable to your liking. Great watch.

One of the best Garmin watches I’ve owned. It’s light and comfortable to wear. My wrist is quite small, so I had to buy a smaller watch band, which is the reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars, but other than that, everything about it, from looks to the options available on it, are great. It’s also user-friendly.

Love this watch

Great device so far, still have a lot of capabilities i haven't tested yet. But for tracking my runs it is way more accurate than other leading brands. I love the square look and the slimness of the device itself. The flashlight on it is a game changer, rather than pulling my phone out my pocket. Battery last longer than i expected.
