Beautiful results and features

I brought the S5A Roborock vacuum 2 weeks ago after my iRobot died. The machine itself is beautiful and is well designed and built, but that is not its strongest point. After more than 3 years with the iRobot vacuum without the wash cycle, I thought I knew what a clean floor looked like; I was wrong. My floors are on a hold new level of clean--they now shine.

The roborock does a great job with vacuuming and mopping. Wish he had a little more extension for corners when mopping and the ability to add a room with ease after mapping out the place. All in all, amazing product.

I was excited to get the new Roborock, but have been less than impressed with its performance. Here are a few things that caused the lower rating: 1. It gets partway into the dock and then says it’s unable to locate the dock. 2. It unexpectedly changed the cleaning pattern in some of the rooms - now goes against the grain. 3. It struggles to clean the kitchen mats (the old one handled this just fine). 4. The only notifications I receive on my phone are that a routine has started. As a result I feel like I have to babysit this device.
I’m undecided about the SmartPlan. Think it does a better job just using the vac& mop settings.
On the plus side, I love the self-washing dock and the warm water washing of the mop.
All in all its cleaning is just okay. I spend more time now cleaning areas it misses. I like Roborock but wouldn’t recommend this model - way too expensive for the lower cleaning performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I must admit that I was very skeptical about buying a robotic vacuum/mop! I spent many hours researching and reading reviews. After thoughtful consideration, I settled on the Roborock Qrevo Edge S5A…….. and it is fantastic! My floors are solid bamboo throughout my home and they look amazing after using my Roborock! I use the Roborock cleaner in my machine and I am very pleased with the way that it cleans my floors. This smart little machine is a “game changer” for me, especially since I am in my seventies.

Love the robot. I made it vacuum 3 times and mopped the floor twice on the first day of arrival -- it cleaned up our hair, my cat's fur and dust under sofa (I never vacuum there myself). Then I use the app to schedule daily cleaning routine. I love that it can wash the mopping pads and dry them itself, super convinient. Highly recommended

Does a great job vacuuming. We have a German Shepherd and it does a great job getting all the hair up. Mopping is good, but can leave some stuff behind. I'd like to see a software update or something that lets you know how much water solution is in the machine itself and in the dock. That would help avoid running empty.
