POOR QUALITY CONTROL, LAZY INSTALLER

LOWER TRAY RUBS GASGET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR, UPPER RACK ROLLS OUT BY ITSELF, LOWER RACK TOO BIG FOR OPENING, UNIT NOT LEVELED PROPERLY, POOR QUALITY CONTROL , I've been using GE for a long time, disappointed!

We have information about leveling the dishwasher available on page 12 of the installation instructions; those instructions are linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--uoNAXZpv--/39e2ec179ec299f5352c53da935ff714dcf53572.pdf. Leveling the dishwasher may also help with the upper rack rolling by itself.
Besides leveling the dishwasher, we also suggest loading the upper rack according to the tips in the manual, to help avoid it rolling by itself. Cleans the dishes but poorly designed.

My dishes are clean. However, my dishes dont fit unless i lean them forward. Otherwise the washer arm will hit the tops of them. And the utensil holder is not held in place. If you try to hook it on the side, it rubs against the door gasket.

The silverware basket is discussed on page 18. If the tabs on the back of the basket are hooked onto the top wire of the lower rack, we would not expect there to be an issue.

Good dishwasher!

I love the stainless steel interior and I do like the Wi-Fi capability to start the dishwasher remotely. So far it’s very quiet and works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
