[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The builder chose this model as part of our appliance package. It's super quiet, but the capacity seems to be less than my previous dishwasher. I do not like that you need to take out the top silverware tray in order to fit water bottles over the bottle jets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad to hear you appreciate the quiet performance, and we'd like to provide information about your model. Tips regarding how best to utilize the capacity and load items are available starting on page 13 of the manual; that's linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--IBhPSDEn--/6fba7c80525460af1216d82020a1ab0a9435f48b.pdf

Your feedback regarding the capacity and silverware tray placement will be shared with our product team for consideration. We're confident the dishwasher will serve your needs well for a long time to come.

Disappointing

I have owned many GE major appliances over my adult life, washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves. I have always found them to be high quality and lasting along time without needing repairs. So, when we built our current home 12 years ago, I specified the GE Profile line with my builder. Earlier this year the heavily used microwave oven died, and I replaced it with another GE Profile. Recently, the drying function of the dishwasher stopped. And it being 11+ years old decided to replace it. My research determined that this model was the similar replacement. Unfortunately, the quality of this model is not close to the previous model. This model has been made with lower quality components. The lower rack’s entire build is of noticeably smaller diameter rods. Plates and soup bowels now fall over when closing the lower rack. The upper rack binds when closing, requiring extra effort. After closing the door, you can no longer see the timer or other control lights. The stainless-steel strainer in the bottom has been replaced by a cheap blue plastic strainer. The cheaply appearing blue theme is continued on other pieces, that GE states are anti-micro bacterial. The WIFI is a worthless gimmick. Why would you ever use your phone to set the controls?
On the plus side, the new upper 3rd utensil rack is convenient. The unit is still quiet and ultimately washes and dries the load.
In conclusion, it is still a decent dishwasher and only time will tell if it lasts. But it is very disappointing that GE has taken what was a well-made high-quality dishwasher and lowered the overall quality of this current model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is large enough to load lots. The only problem I have are my extra large coffee cups they don't stain side and no rack wide enough to place flat. It washes well. I do find it runx for a very long time but it seems part of its efficiency. The noise is a little loud, bug I chose not to pay the extra for the quieter models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great washer beside melting lower control arm
on December 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue with this appliance is the lower control arm keeps melting from the heating element. I have replaced this part over 8 times with 4 times with parts directly from GE, I'm sure they are aware of the issue. bec ause the arm use to come with stainless steel caps on the end of the arms that were flimsy and often fell off. If they would replace the arm with stainless steel arm there would probably be 0 issues.

Dishwasher OK only. Finding soiled silverware and dishes sometimes. Have to set on extra hot and heavy load even for rinsed dishes and spaced out flatware every other slot Cycle takes too long. Miss my Bosch. Would not purchase again.

Poor quality and insufficient cleaning & drying.
on December 16, 2025
Posted by: Nick03
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering the price we paid for a complete kitchen set, my wife and I are very upset with the dishwasher. It doesn't wash very well, drying was minimal, and left our dishes soaked, even after a 4.5 hour wash cycle. I would have thought it would leave my dishes clean and dry after that long. There was scum looking material on the side of my dishwasher before we ever used it. After only a couple uses the washing arm melted and broke, which then caused our washer to leak all over our floor and cause some damage to the wood floor. It's been an absolute nightmare and we've only had it a few weeks. Very disappointed in the overall product.

We are sorry you've had this experience with your spray arm and want to get more information from you. We will be reaching out via email soon. In the meantime, we want to provide some information for you regarding your dishwasher not cleaning and drying well. Please be sure your water heater is set to at least 120 degrees. If the water takes a while to get hot at your kitchen sink, turn your hot water on first before turning on your dishwasher. Please review the following troubleshooting links:
