It's quiet, but that's about it

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever had. That being said, the capacity is smaller than any previous dishwasher, and the control panel is hidden and inconvenient unless the machine is open. I fail to understand why it's not available in white, so it's the only NON white appliance in the kitchen, which breaks the visual line. The bottom rack doesn't "fold down" to allow for large pots. The top "flat pieces" rack is a waste of space. I think GE needs to get a cook involved in the design process to create a machine that is efficient, practical and aesthetic. Very expensive for planned obsolescence

Deeply Dissapointed

I am deeply disappointed with this dishwasher. This dishwasher replaced an earlier version of the same model that only lasted four years. That one was worked on SIX…yes six times in those four years. Now after only running the new one through TWO cycles, I noticed it was leaking out the corners of the door. I took a closer look and spray arm is melted as well. This is appalling quality from a supposed top of the line “Profile” model. GE should be absolutely embarrassed. This will be my last GE appliance. After not having a dishwasher for a month, I am again left without one until this one can be serviced. Even then, I seriously doubt the quality and longevity of any GE product at this point.

We'd like to assist with the function of your dishwasher. We recommend checking the following things in an attempt to fix the leaking.
With it being new, the dishwasher may have to go through several complete wash cycles to properly seat the new door gasket. Check to be sure the edge of the control panel is not hitting the adjacent cabinet. The door may give enough to latch but not enough to form a tight seal. Reposition the dishwasher so it does not make contact with the cabinet.
You may also need to check the gasket. Please refer to the following article for troubleshooting:

Noise free, high load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best noise free dish washer. With powerfull water spray. I jave been using this for almost 8 months now and its the best. I get confused whether its running or not its so noise free. Its easy to install and easy to understand. There r different cycles to use for different pots and pan. It takes high load the capacity is wonderful.
