Wheels fall off!

The wheels constantly fall off and one melted to the heating element. I am still waiting for a replacement. Why ar the wheels removable?

It's FINE. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get.

It looks good for Stainless Steel. It is very quiet. The bottom rack does not slide in smoothly when it is get to the half loaded stage, and not because it is loaded unevenly, the track wheels are too small.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptionally quiet and cleans good. Only problem is one of the lower dish tray one of the rollers have fallen off a couple time. Easy to put back on but an issue to be fixed. Possibly just a roller replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks nice. Wash is average at best. Top tines do not fold down. Most lower tines do not fold down. Can't turn of wifi option.
For the price, I would not purchase again. I expected much more from a profile. My old LG had better options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
