Rack will not come all the way out, it sticks, and the capacity is not enough. The bottom rack does not fit large plates well.

A common factor that can your racks stick is hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. To help with this, we recommend making sure you are using a high efficiency detergent. Worst Unit I’ve ever owned

Brand new dishwasher but the drying feature is worthless. My the door of my unit as well as all my dishes are so wet that when unloading the dishwasher after a clean cycle, my floor is soaked because of the amount of water. The soap dispenser also rarely opens and I have to run a second cycle because dishes do not get cleaned on first run due to no soap being dispensed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to help you with the detergent dispenser and drying performance of your unit. Regarding the drying performance, we recommend making sure the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additionally, select Dry Boost on the high setting by pressing the Dry Boost button twice, this will add approximately 64 minutes of drying time. Once the cycle is complete, the unit's fan will run for an additional 90 minutes, and it will stop once the door is opened. Won’t Be Disappointed

Very impressed with dishwasher. It cleans incredibly well, better than any other dishwasher we ever had. We keep testing it with dirtier dishes and it still cleans perfectly no matter where you put it in the dishwasher. Of course we used cascade soap too. The dishwasher is very large and has those special jets used for bottle cleaning. It is also very quiet. Recommend it!!

I have owned a number of dishwashers over the years. This has to be the quietest one ever! I have a large open kitchen/dining and living room. My husband can’t believe how quiet it is! The features are all great. #1 for me!

This was a replacement for a previous GE Profile dishwasher - which I loved. This is equally as good - good capacity, numerous cycles, great features and very quiet. We had it installed so assume the installation process was good. The only thing I don't like is the racks are configured totally different that our previous dishwasher and we have an awful time fitting things in. I know it is us and not the dishwasher but I do wish it came with an instruction manual on how to load your dishes. I can't get the glasses to stand up, our cereal bowls don't fit in the slots on the top rack. Loading directions for seniors would be great!
