Door leak

Leaks at the door!!! This is a brand new dishwasher! Hopefully a fairly simple fix but but very frustrating. Poor quality control.

We'd like to help out with the leaking you are noticing. It can be normal to notice a small amount of water leak from the door, especially for new installations. This is due to the unit having to go through several complete wash cycles to properly seat the new door gasket. You can check to be sure the edge of the control panel is not hitting the adjacent cabinet, the door may give enough to latch but not enough to form a tight seal. Washer works well. Design for the 3rd rack is lacking function. Does not function for flatware or large utensils- just a flat rack. Would have been better as a designated flatware shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always use the cascade pod for detergent and found that using it in this washer it does not dissolve or only partially dissolves now we are trying to pit it in the silverware compartment
