Don't let the word "Profile" make you feel that this appliance is anything but GE's typical cheap klunkers. When I had a repairman come out, he told me it would cost more than the 5-yr old machine was worth. And then I had the opinion of another who said the same thing. Apparently, the "mother board" has to be replaced for almost anything that goes wrong with these things and that's the most costly part. Just added reinforcement to my low opinion of anything GE makes.
