Great dishwasher, we did save and reuse or top rack which is better for utensils. But over all it is a great dishwasher and very quiet. Highly recommend.

Quiet, if you compared a Porsche to a Yugo, this would be the Porsche of dishwashers. Love the stainless steel construction instead of plastic or fiberglass.

So-So Replacement

Needed to replace our 10+ year old Jenn Air dishwasher after the heating element died. The GE Profile does not seem to be able to fit as many dishes and we have had issues with some food and residue being left on silverware and dishes, both on the top and bottom racks. Drying works well and not much water left on dishes, even after the cycle just finished. I do appreciate the timer on the door and the light to let you know the stage of the cleaning cycle.
I just miss the way the old dishwasther cleaned everything, on every rack, predictably every time.
