We would like to help you with the cleaning performance of your unit. We recommend using a high-efficiency detergent in tablet or packet form. Additionally, be sure to load your items properly by following the steps on pages 13 to 16 of the owner's manual, available here:

Very quiet and happy with interior size.
The racks slide very quickly( a bit lightweight) and causes the top items to fall over.

Parts felt cheap, it started leaking less then a week after installation

positives: Very quiet! I have no idea what it is doing.
negatives: I can't turn off the wi-fi, i keep hitting the buttons on the top, takes too long to wash and the dishes are never dry.
