Frustrating for a new appliance!

Having trouble getting it to work! Set the the buttons and doesn’t go on. Can not cancel the delay hours! Ugh!

Great dishwasher

Nice and quiet. I haven’t tried all the different modes yet, nor tried to connect to DW with the app. (Sigh must I have yet another app!) usually use the 1 hour cycle and dishes come out sparkling clean
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the dishwasher and it cleans really well BUT the way the racks are arranged makes it hold less than my previous dishwasher. Also, I feel that the plastic racks are a bit lesser quality than my previous dishwasher, which was also a GE. I can't fit my wineglasses in this one :-(

Excellent dishwasher!

Love this dishwasher. Everything comes out super clean and shiny, dry and crystal clear. This dishwasher is very quiet too. I wasn't sure if it was working, that's how quiet it is. Also, no fingerprints. With my last dishwasher (not GE), I had to wipe down the front of it (stainless steel) constantly. I've had this new GE profile dishwasher almost a month and haven't cleaned it once. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It doesn't hold enough dishes with that big gap in the center of the bottom rack. And there have been several times when I've pulled out silverware which is still dirty. It's nice and quiet, but overall I'm disappointed with it.

Seems cheap

Seems cheap. Door has no weight to it. Rack does not roll in or out smoothly. Leaves food on plate on normal wash. Too much hand drying.

Hi! We are so sorry that your new dishwasher has not lived up to your expectations due to the wash time and its drying power. It is normal for the wash cycle to last up to 3 hours, as the wash time is based on soil of dishes, temperature, and cycle selected.
