For the issue with the drying performance, we recommend ensuring the water temperature is at least 120°F. We generally recommend cleaning the filters every other month or more. We have information about cleaning the filters available on page 20 of the manual.

We also suggest loading items according to the tips starting on page 13 of your manual. These steps will help the dishwasher to stay balanced and avoid extra sound from unstable items in the racks.
