We are sorry that you have not found the control panel buttons to be user friendly. To cancel a wash cycle, you must open the door and press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.

Quiet and easy to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet!!! The light feature on the outside is very helpful- it's so quiet you don't know it's on. The capacity is perfect for me, the number of cycles is perfect and the installer had it put it in no time. Clean and professional. And the little slide drawer on the top is the best.

We are really disappointed in this product.

We moved into a new house 3 months ago. The dishwasher has been broken for 2 weeks. It needs a new control panel and a heating element. It won’t be fixed for another 2 weeks
