So quiet and we have it in a great room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's super quiet, you have to put your ear to it to make sure it's running. I love the small tray at the top and the utensil seating lids. I had adhesive stuck to the front from the protective plastic, but got it removed with a goo gone and elbow grease.

There are several things about this dishwasher that are problematic: the ridiculously long run cycles, the inability to thoroughly dry the dishes, the problematic configuration of the drawers, and the limited cycles selection choices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to help go over the long cycles and the drying performance you are noticing.
It can be normal to notice cycles to take around 2 hours or more, during certain conditions. This can include the cycle selection and turbidity of the dishes. Cycle time may also vary on models with clean sensors due to the sensor extending or decreasing the cycle time and number of fills based on the soil level sensed in the water. For the drying performance, we recommend checking to make sure that your inlet water temperature is reaching around 120°F at minimum. Also, we recommend using rinse aid when possible. This helps prevent spots on glasses and promotes drying by causing water to sheet off of dishware and glassware.
