This product has more then I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is amazing I love to game and listen to music and this phone allows me to do both with no problems this phone also is great for diabetics i can connect my CGM (continues glucose monitoring) and that helps me keep sugar levels in range to be honest I didn't know that I could do so much just on my phone alone galaxy Ai is great to get quick info even when driving hands free I can still ask questions and get real time answers

This Phone is remarkable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the A17 for Galaxy AI use but also because unlike other models it had the ability to use SD card memory. The price doesn't reflect it's functionality and it's paid for itself already. It's great for using Galaxy Ai on the go in conjunction with other projects or out and about. The sound and clarity leave me speechless.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for going online, watching videos, checking emails and social media. As well as texting and calls. Unfortunately this phone is the absolute worst phone I have owned. It will not load and has hug delays in text messaging and phone calls. No matter how many times I restart the phone or uninstall and reinstall apps it just doesn't work. Facebook messenger has a huge delays and glitches out. Taking a photo often makes my phone crash completely. I can't even take a photo.... Will never buy another A series phone!

If your device is experiencing glitches or slowdowns, you can improve its performance by clearing its memory. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to, and tap on Device care. Then, tap on Memory and select "Clean now" to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you want to keep certain apps running in the background, you can add them to the Excluded apps list so that they remain open when using this feature.
For a more thorough memory clean, consider rebooting the phone occasionally. You can restart your device at any time by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tapping the Power icon. Select Restart, and then tap Restart again. You may need to enter your PIN or password once the reboot is complete.

Don't like the video quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera features need to be fixed. There's not many Samsungs that have good quality night time pictures. You can't see anything even during video mode. If you try to take a picture of the moon while it is dark there's no features to the moon just a light ball. Videos Ned to have a clearer zoom when recording or picture. This is my only issue with the Samsung phones in general.
