[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its an ok phone. Its slow a lot of times. If im watching a video or playing a game on it and I get a phone call it either won't answer because it freezes up or it sounds like a robot on a skipping record for first 10-15 seconds. Once im able to i choose to get a better Samsung phone.

So I need the phone, and I just so happen to get this model and absolutely love it I use all of the features I use all of the settings.I love the a I. I chose this company because ive always loved Samsung products since I was young and this phone did not disappoint. I am thinking of switching to a newer soon but really love this phone alot!

take good care of ur phone and it will work better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad and grandma chose this phone for me and I thought i was gonna be laggy but surprisingly I wasn't at all, Infact it was the best phone I had ever, it never lags so I would choose to get a samsung a16 5g because its not expensive and it works really well.
