[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this A17 model last month with the impression it would be an improvement from the A16, but i was disappointed. The phone is super slow to restart and then non responsive to open apps. Keep in mind, new phone and barely has any memory used. I use the phone for work and it will not keep up with texting or entering info on the qwerty keyboard. I will never buy another A series phone again.

Awesome phone that lags at times

The only thing I didn't like is the lagging during multitasking as well as the restarting of apps when I close them for even less then a second.

I wanted the Fold but couldn't afford it yet so the A17 is what I went with. So far it's been a great phone. A few new features I've enjoyed and I've discovered many others I've yet to learn to use yet.

A17 and A Series phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung again when I needed a phone. I had an A15. It was so reliable I got the A17 this time. It has worked flawlessly. I use it for everything, calendar., games, email, videos, music etc. Battery life is still great. I know the Samsung A Series is the eco model, but having owned many phone brands over the years, I see no real advantage to spending big bucks on fancy handsets! The next phone I get will be Samsung for sure.

Not my first Samsung Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone when it was time for me to replace a different brand phone. I have had Samsung phones in the past and was confident buying another. I am not enjoying this particular phone as much as I have others. In particular the battery capacity is much less. The most concerning and frustrating problem that I have been experiencing is the phone randomly creating and sending non sensical texts as well as making phone calls.
I have been a very content and loyal Samsung customer having purchased phones, appliances and TVs over the years. Going forward after this phone purchase sadly I will seriously consider another brand.
